Lead Greenely’s launch in Finland
At Greenely, we’re on a mission to transform how households use and benefit from energy. Through our smart energy platform, we help people understand, optimize and earn from their electricity - all in one app. By connecting homes with smart devices like EV chargers, solar panels and batteries, we enable households to reduce costs while supporting a more balanced and sustainable energy system.
We’re expanding further across the Nordics - currently ramping up in Finland.
We’re looking for a Head of Market Acquisition to successfully build Greenely in Finland. This is a hands-on role for an entrepreneurial operator who wants to build a market from the ground up - combining growth, partnerships, marketing and hardware sales to drive our early success.

Your mission
Your mission is simple but ambitious: make Greenely a household name in Finland.
In the first 6-12 months, your focus will be driving early growth and establishing the foundations for long-term expansion.
Key outcomes include:
Customer acquisition in Finland
Strong unit economics
Establish the Greenely brand in Finland
Collaborate on hardware sales (e.g. home batteries and related solutions) with our Head of BESS Sales
Over time, you’ll also help build the Finnish organization, take on people leadership, recruit key team members, and shape our long-term market presence.
What you’ll do
This is a highly entrepreneurial role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
Drive market growth
Identify and scale customer acquisition channels
Test, analyze and optimize growth initiatives
Ensure strong performance across the funnel
Own the go-to-market engine
Manage marketing initiatives and campaigns
Work with external partners (PR, brand, digital agencies) to build awareness
Adapt and implement Greenely’s brand direction in the Finnish market
Build key partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners
Work closely with hardware partners and sales channels
Be the operational hub
Track data, customer insights and performance metrics
Continuously refine strategy based on market feedback
Own planning, budgets and execution
Shape the long-term organization
Help define the Finnish market strategy
Recruit and lead the local team as the business grows
Who you are
We believe you’re someone who enjoys building things where nothing exists yet.
You might have:
5–10 years of experience in growth, strategy, operations or business development
Experience from high-performance environments (e.g. startups, scaleups, consulting, venture-backed companies)
A track record of driving growth or launching new markets
Experience in B2C products or consumer platforms
It’s a strong plus if you:
Have experience in energy, climate tech, or hardware-enabled products
Have started a company or built a new business unit
Have worked in consulting or operational leadership roles
You’re likely someone who:
Is analytical but highly action-oriented
Loves testing, learning and scaling what works
Is comfortable wearing many hats
Thrives in hectic, high-growth environments
Has demonstrated leadership experience
Languages: Fluent Finnish and English.
Start date: Aug 2026
Location: Remote from Finland until we have a local office there. Includes some travel to our HQ in Stockholm every now and then - let's discuss what works best.
