Head of BESS Sales
Greenely is growing fast in the energy space - and batteries are a key part of our future. We’re now looking for a Head of BESS Sales to take full commercial ownership of our battery business and build a winning partner ecosystem around it. You will also have people management with the possibility to grow a bigger sales team over time.
You’ll be the “spider in the web” between partners, operations, and commercial teams - making sure our battery offering is attractive, scalable, and profitable.
What you'll do
Own and grow the battery partner ecosystem
Manage and deepen relationships with existing battery suppliers and partners while proactively identifying and closing new partnerships.Optimize end-to-end battery flows
Continuously improve how batteries move through our ecosystem - from supplier and warehouse, through our internal processes, to the end customer.Drive lead generation for partners
Design and run initiatives that generate and qualify leads for our partners, and ensure high partner conversion rates.Develop commercial offerings & pricing
Lead the commercial strategy for our battery offerings: packaging, deal structures, and price levels for different types of arrangements - both strategically and hands‑on.Work cross-functionally to deliver
Collaborate closely with other teams such as marketing, product, customer support and finance to ensure we hit commercial targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Who you are
You are a people-person who have proven sales experience in the energy sector, ideally with battery solutions, storage, or related technologies.
You have built and managed strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, or ecosystem partners - and can show clear commercial impact.
You have direct or indirect people leadership experience.
You enjoy being the enabler across teams and stakeholders - the “spider in the web” who gets things done with and through others.
You understand logistics and supply chain flows enough to challenge and optimize them from a commercial perspective.
You’ve worked with commercial packaging and pricing strategies and understand how they influence growth, margins, and win rates.
You are data- and outcome-driven, comfortable setting targets, tracking performance, and adjusting based on results.
You’re hands-on, structured, and thrive in a scaling environment where not everything is fixed yet.
