What you’ll be doing :

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify impactful problems and solve them with data.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve our products and operations.

• Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

• Help shape our data culture and contribute to improving our data tools and infrastructure.
  

What you'll need to succeed :

• 2+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.

• Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and machine learning techniques.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We'll be really impressed if you :

• Have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Have knowledge of dbt, Airflow, or other data engineering tools.

• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Git, Docker.
