Tulet työskentelemään tiiviissä yhteistyössä eri tiimien kanssa – erityisesti oman asiakaspalvelutiimisi, mutta myös tuote-, teknologia- ja markkinointitiimien – varmistaaksesi, että Greenelyn palvelut toimivat sujuvasti suomalaisille asiakkaille. Sinulla on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa asiakaskokemukseen ja kehittää toimintatapoja, jotka tukevat suomalaisen asiakaskantamme kasvua.
Your responsibilities:
Be a Greenely ambassador in communication with our Finnish customers via chat, email, and phone.
Assist customers with questions related to electricity contracts, energy consumption, and app usage.
Implement and improve customer support processes and routines with a focus on scalability and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and tech to ensure a strong local offering.
Identify and report bugs and improvement opportunities in the app to the product team.
Create and update FAQ articles, customer instructions, and internal guidelines.
Contribute to the continuous development of the customer journey and customer experience in the Finnish market.
Your profile:
We believe you have a genuine interest in people, technology, and customer service. You are positive, attentive, and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You have experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-growing or digital environment.
You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus!
You have a strong service mindset and a natural ability to create great customer experiences.
You are self-driven, structured, and take initiative easily - and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You have an interest in digital solutions.
Experience from the energy industry is a plus but not a requirement.
