We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and accelerate Greenely's user and customer growth, both in Sweden and in future markets. You are highly data-driven, with deep expertise in customer acquisition, and have a strong understanding of and passion for the entire marketing funnel, ideally with experience from a B2C startup environment.
What you’ll be doing :
We are now seeking a Growth Marketing Manager whose main responsibility will be to develop and drive the strategy for our digital customer acquisition. You will manage the daily operations and optimization of channels such as Meta and Google Ads, while working data-driven towards set KPIs. Additionally, you will help shape strategies for our other customer acquisition channels to reach our ambitious growth targets. In this role, you will work closely with our data analysts, SEO Manager, and Head of Growth, and you are expected to contribute with your own initiatives regarding the website, app, channel selection, tracking, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
Take charge of the ongoing optimization and budgeting of channels like Google Ads and Meta, from prospecting to conversion.
Participate in decisions and strategies around other customer acquisition channels (e.g., affiliate, CRM, and referral) to create sustainable growth.
Develop and improve ads, landing pages, onboarding, and customer experience from a customer acquisition perspective, as well as accelerate long-term value creation for users.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve growth.
Design and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize customer inflow, advocate for a strong experimentation culture within the organization, and drive data-driven decision-making across teams.
Develop strategies and goals for different media channels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, aiming to maximize customer growth based on LTV/CAC goals.
What you'll need to succeed :
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong competence in Meta and Google advertising and other digital channels.
Experience working in B2C, with proven results in delivering growth.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets across multiple channels and markets.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to balance creative strategic thinking with tactical execution across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
We'll be really impressed if you :
Experience in setting requirements, implementing, and maintaining app and web tracking.
Experience working with a B2C app.
Deeper experience in attribution modeling to understand and optimize the customer journey.
